We are seeking a dedicated individual in the North Dallas area to join our team as a Financial Representative. This position involves delivering top-notch customer service, supporting clients with managing their finances and offering details about our range of financial products and services. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal capabilities, sharp critical thinking acumen, and adept decision-making abilities.
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong people skills are a must
- Candidate must be licensed and/or willing to obtain a Life/Health insurance license
- Willingness to obtain SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 licenses
- Go-getter mindset
- Strong desire to help others
Preferred:
- 4-year College Degree
- Prior sales and/or business experience
- Some experience with a CRM/Salesforce is beneficial
- Plus if you are bilingual
Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing customer portfolios
- Educate and consult new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable plan options that successfully meet their individual needs
- Attend training (both virtual and in-person) and obtain relevant licenses in a timely fashion
- Maintain a consistently high level of customer service
