Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the home health agency, ensuring adherence to all Medicare LHCSA regulations and standards.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and management of healthcare staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize care delivery and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to create and execute comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor client care delivery, ensuring services meet individual needs and exceed quality expectations.
- Manage the agency’s financials, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement processes.
- Drive the agency’s growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance market presence.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring all client and operational documentation complies with regulatory standards.
