Glades Talent is representing a standout Multi-Practice Firm looking for a talented Corporate Associate
Our firm is seeking a Corporate Associate for our Stamford, New Haven or New York office locations. Qualified candidates will have three to six years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. Experience with M&A, Venture Capital or other complex corporate transactions is required, and experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is desired.
The target base pay range for this role in New York and Connecticut is $160,000-$212,500 and is dependent on experience and other relevant factors.
