Glades Talent is working with a stand out Home Health agency in Indian River / Martin County looking for a talented Marketer / Sales Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality home care nursing services to patients in their homes
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
