Marketer / Sales SpecialistResponsibilities : \- Provide high-quality home care nursing services to patients in their homes\- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans\- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians\- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team\- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques\- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care\- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsSkills : \- Strong pharmaceutical sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of home care nursing services to potential clients\- Technical sales expertise to demonstrate the use of medical equipment and devices to patients and their families\- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team\- Exceptional customer service skills to provide compassionate and supportive care to patients\- Analytical skills to assess patient needs, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments\- Proven sales experience with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals\- Leadership abilities to supervise and guide other members of the home care nursing teamNote : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
