Job Summary
The RN Office Coordinator is responsible for managing IV services, blood draws, and nutrient injections while also providing operational support within the office. This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate professional to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Adhere to all pertinent local, state, and federal regulations
Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture
Administer, prepare, and monitor IV services for patients
Prepare and administer nutrient therapies
Administer IM injections
Instruct patients on self-administering IM and subcutaneous injections
Reconstitute patient medications from compounding pharmacies
Perform inventory control
Maintain a clean and organized service area
Sanitize and track infusion equipment
Perform and explain specialty lab testing to patients
Educate patients on services and treatments
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Office Coordination Responsibilities :
Act as the first point of contact for all patients and guests, ensuring a welcoming experience
Answer general questions about services and products, including IV therapy, medical aesthetics, peptides, hormone replacement therapy, and anti-aging treatments
Greet visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records
Ensure patient-facing areas are clean and align with company brand expectations
Communicate with the Medical and Patient Support Team regarding patient health and wellness goals
Manage the appointment calendar, schedule walk-ins, and confirm appointments
Perform follow-up calls to confirm patient appointments
Utilize CRM and EMR systems to enter patient information, complete transactions, book appointments, and maintain up-to-date records
Qualifications & Education Requirements :
Current RN or BSN License
Degree from an accredited college, university, or higher learning institution
Current IV certification
Experience in blood draws, IV therapy, and injections
Basic knowledge of functional medicine, hormones, and nutrition
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Highly organized with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
