Job Summary

Gladiator Roofing and Restoration is seeking a motivated Roofing & Exteriors Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a genuine passion for helping homeowners, and a proven ability to close sales. In this role, you'll be responsible for meeting potential clients, conducting comprehensive roof inspections, explaining restoration solutions, and guiding customers through the insurance claims process. Duties

• Responsible for following up on company-provided leads, conducting thorough damage inspection reports, and generating accurate cost estimates for residential/commercial roofing projects.
• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Conduct thorough roof and exterior inspections to assess damage and determine solutions.
• Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing and exterior restoration options.
• Provide estimates and assist clients with insurance claims when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Realtors and Insurance agents to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and local building codes.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to climb roofs and conduct physical inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• Weekly training pay
• Uncapped Commissions
• Bonus Opportunities

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
