About the Role:

We’ve just launched a new division within Gladiator after identifying a huge gap in the market — and it’s taken off. We're growing fast with unlimited opportunities across the U.S. and beyond.

Our product line is in high demand. We’ve got a pipeline full of leads, with customers actively waiting to purchase. What we need now is a motivated sales & operations associate to help us close deals, manage customer interactions, and contribute to scaling this division from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

* Connect with inbound leads and build lasting customer relationships
* Make outbound calls, follow up, and drive new business
* Post to social platforms or groups to generate new leads
* Help manage multiple clients and projects at once
* Support the growth and development of the new division

What We’re Looking For:

* A self-starter with a strong work ethic and long-term vision
* Not afraid to pick up the phone, cold call, or follow up
* Highly organized, good with follow-through and multitasking
* Personable, upbeat, and energetic — your vibe matters here
* Someone who wants to grow with us and build something meaningful

Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you if you bring the right mindset
