Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KAP Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about supporting both adults and adolescents through KAP and other therapeutic services, offering office appointments. You will play a crucial role in helping coordinate care, ensuring smooth patient experiences, and assisting our clinical team in managing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Computer literate and able to read, write, and speak the English language in an
understandable manner, and be able to follow written and oral instructions
• Understand the Valant system and how to check insurances online and by phone
• Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions
when circumstances warrant such action
• Possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel,
visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the public via phone call, email, Skype, etc
• Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team
member
• Must have the ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects under deadlines. • Must be
able to make decisions that may have legal, ethical, and financial impact on the organization
• Must be able to perform all duties within the department if circumstances warrant such action
Requirements:
• College education or combination of education and practical training
• Minimum of 2-year experience with administrative/clerical background
• Excel skills are preferred
• Team player who can work in high paced environment
