About Us: Glaeser Inc. is dedicated to Technical Cleanliness Control of Industrial Products. We operate specialized service laboratories to analyze the cleanliness of function-critical components and parts, particularly from the automotive industry. Additionally, we manufacture and distribute cleanliness cabinets and laboratory equipment to clients with their own laboratories.
Job Description: We are seeking an Entry-Level Cleanliness Lab Service Technician who is eager to learn and grow with our team. While prior experience is not required, a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn are essential. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the technical cleanliness of components and parts
- Ensuring compliance with norms, client specifications, and laws
- Independently handling and completing work orders
- Documenting and communicating quality issues
- Maintaining knowledge of analytic processes
- Maintaining lab cleanliness and equipment
- Adhering to non-disclosure agreements regarding company and client information
Required Skills:
- Positive mindset and high motivation
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word)
- High School diploma or GED (Associate’s or four-year college degree a plus, but not required)
- Ability to work in an IT cloud environment
- Independent, structured, and flexible working style
- Teamwork skills with potential to develop into a team leader
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
