As a Senior Customer Business Manager , focusing on the Walmart business, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing GPN's relationship with Walmart, one of its most significant retail partners.
As the Senior Customer Business Manager your role includes :
Account Management :
- Manage day-to-day customer relationships and communications
- Development and implementation of customer specific business plans to meet and exceed sales targets, volume growth and profitability goals
- Trade fund management with P&L understanding and ownership
Insights & Analytics
Forecasting & Planning : Monitor sales performance and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and lead accurate sales forecasts
Cross Functional Collaboration
Digital Acceleration : Key contributor to accelerating omni-channel platform via digital shelf management, content and search optimization, ratings and reviews, online visibility
