About the Opportunity
This exciting opportunity is based in Downers Grove, IL, with hybrid working arrangements available through our Smart working model. The R&D Director will have the chance to develop their career on a global stage, leveraging their skills and experience to drive business growth and innovation. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Sr. R&D Leadership Team on strategy design and implementation, leading the RTD and Powders applications team, and developing a center of excellence for these areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product efficiency and second sourcing applications initiatives, championing GPN R&D Ways of working, and supporting the optimization of systems & processes. They will also lead IP management for all Powder and RTD initiatives and be accountable for team performance, ensuring delivery of business objectives and quality of work.
We are looking for a seasoned R&D professional with expertise in Powders and RTD applications, minimum 12 years' experience in an R&D-centric applications role, and a strong background in the CPG industry.
