Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment facilities and systems. This includes operating and maintaining sludge pumps, blowers, meters, filters, heat exchangers, gas collection systems, liner systems, boilers, chemical metering pumps, valves, and other equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on various equipment
- Conduct analytical laboratory work and recordkeeping
- Monitor and record statistical data concerning plant operations
- Operate and maintain monitoring equipment as necessary
