Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the wastewater treatment facilities and systems. This includes:
- Operating and maintaining sludge pumps, blowers, meters, filters, heat exchangers, gas collection systems, liner systems, boilers, chemical metering pumps, valves, and other equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on various equipment
- Conducting analytical laboratory work and recordkeeping
- Monitoring and recording statistical data concerning plant operations
- Operating and maintaining monitoring equipment as necessary
