Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Residential Window Installer to join our team! The ideal candidate must have experience in window installation, be proficient in using a brake tool to bend and shape aluminum capping, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Install residential windows with precision and attention to detail.
- Use a brake tool to bend and fit aluminum trim for a professional finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
- Ensure proper sealing and insulation for energy efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
- Transport materials and tools in a company-provided box truck, which can be taken home at the end of the day.
- Responsible for taking old windows and trash back to the warehouse for disposal.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential window installation.
- Proficiency in using a brake tool for aluminum capping.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required to take the box truck home).
