Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and handling complaints.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
Skills
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong background in customer service, preferably in a F2F environment .
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Experience in providing customer support via phone and email
- Ability to type efficiently while communicating with customers.
- Capable of analyzing situations quickly and providing appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with part ordering and vendor management
- Proficient in office software applications for documentation and reporting.
- Automotive Glass replacement experience preferred
