We are looking for a self-starter who can quickly gather detailed information, prepare service bids, problem-solve, and successfully follow-up with clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete sales orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
- Computer literate, with a working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
- Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and personality.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Must be able to type 40-50 WPM.
- Ability to multitask.
- Some sales experience preferred but not necessary.
- Feel comfortable on a phone.
