Glass Doctor offers quick and affordable glass services to business, home, and auto owners at more than 270 locations across the United States and Canada. In our Englewood location, we are looking to hire reliable, friendly, and customer service-focused glass professionals and office staff who are dedicated to creating a delightful customer experience.
As our inside sales rep/bookkeeper, you would be a key member of the team by representing Glass Doctor on incoming sales and support calls. Our inside sales reps, provide quotes, assist with routing technicians efficiently, collecting payment, and general admin duties. Additionally, you would be responsible for proactively maintaining our books by actively journaling entries and reconciling our monthly expenses to keep our books up to date.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by offering quotes and exceptional customer service
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
- Complete journal entries and basic QBO functions to maintain our monthly books.
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
- Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology
- Skilled in QuickBooks, journal entries, tracking KPI's, and expenses
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and personality
