Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative
The ISR/CSR role is a key member of our team responsible for customer relations, quoting and selling all things glass. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer requests via phone calls, emails and online portal requests. The ISR/CSR will be the point of contact for communication between our company and the customer throughout the entire customer experience, from their first phone call to the final installation. Ideally you have proven communication skills and sales experience and work well in a goal oriented, team environment. The ISR/CSR will maintain existing customer relationships as well as develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. A good fit for this role will exemplify our code of values, by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees and would be self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
