Your Responsibilities as the Customer Service Rep.
As a Glass Doctor CSR, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the point person that starts the customer experience and perform marketing and sales functions.
Here's what you'll do :
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming service requests from website
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business, make social media posts on Glass Doctors social media platforms
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
- Collect payments and follow up on missed payments
- Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals
- Perform other duties including administrative duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions
