About the Role
We are looking for skilled and experienced glass fitters to join our team at Glass Doctor. As a glazier, you will be responsible for installing flat glass products for doors, storefronts, windows, showers, mirrors, tabletops, and other glass-related items.
Key Responsibilities
- Install flat glass products with precision and attention to detail.
- Repair glass as necessary.
- Cut glass to size for custom projects.
- Take precise measurements to ensure materials meet specified dimensions.
- Evaluate customer homes or businesses to identify additional needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least one year of experience in glass installation, with glass cutting experience preferred.
- A good understanding of basic tools and equipment.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
- Comfort working at heights and with ladders and lifts.
- Familiarity with mobile technology and digital software.
