Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Daily Lodging Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort. This vital role ensures smooth guest experiences by managing reservations, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and supervising the resort’s operations during business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily reservations: handle booking inquiries, confirm reservations, and maintain accurate records.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Oversee resort operations during operating hours, addressing guest needs promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are in top condition.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, or coordinate with appropriate staff for larger issues.
- Monitor and address guest feedback to continuously improve services.
- Assist with billing and payment processes as needed.
- Uphold the resort’s standards of hospitality and excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred.
- General handy person skills or a willingness to learn and address minor repairs with enthusiasm.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with reservation systems and basic computer tasks.
- Ability to remain calm and handle challenges with a positive attitude.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards.
