Summary
Responsible for maintenance of general facility and the proper maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Equipment
o Repairs and replaces malfunctioning parts and equipment
o Participates in machinery troubleshooting, and documentation of repairs made
o Assesses malfunctioning equipment to tests and repair machinery
o Interprets (or consults with SME) technical documents as required
o Services machinery components and performs regular PMs
- Facilities
o Responds to emergency calls (machine, facilities, other.)
o Performs basic plumbing and piping operations
o Operates tools and drill presses
o Performs basic welding operations
o Services pumps and HVAC components
o Provides general facility’s maintenance for all CMS departments
o Promotes occupational safety standards
o Follows safety and housekeeping practices according to company’s standards
o Operates Electrical equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
o Responsible for maintaining the company’s building, facilities, and equipment in an operating and functional condition.
- Other Duties
o Must be able to assist with transportation of materials between locations, including destinations requiring all day, or on occasion, overnight stay.

Education and/or Experience
- High school or GED
- Requires 5 years of related experience
- Experience with multimeter devices, forklift, and light equipment
Required:
- Must be 21 years old.
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Must be a self-starter working independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to operate in a team environment
- This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week
- o Must maintain satisfactory attendance
- Flexible availability for work hours.
- Ability to work weekends or late nights depending on the facility’s need.
- Bilingual – Spanish / English highly desirable
