What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Specialist position at Glass Jar?
We are looking for Fulfilment Specialists to join our Glass Jar Team! We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who have a positive mindset with the desire to grow within the cannabis industry and provide patients with safe and reliable options.
Responsibilities:
- Review, confirm and fulfill customer online orders
- Package orders for either in-store or curbside pick-up
- Assist in running orders to curbside customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifying Skills:
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry including strains, terpenes, and the benefits of cannabis for medicinal users.
- Ability to work in a fast pace enviorment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented enviorment
- Open availability for varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older [Required]
- Must be able to pass a background check [Required]
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 to 25 lbs [Required]
- Must have reliable transportation [Required]
- Must have a positive, front facing, attitude
- Must work well in a fast-pace and high volume enviorment.
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be on time and work regular scheduled hours
- Must be able to work nights and weekends

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
