Glass Lewis is offering an exciting, fast paced, team oriented, sales position for someone looking to start a career in financial services sales. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will research prospective clients across the North American region, create outreach strategies and conduct exploratory conversations with C-level executives regarding our Governance and Stewardship solutions.
Responsibilities
- Use your creativity to correspond, schedule meetings, and build relationships with C Level executives and investment professionals.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
- Build proficiency in financial concepts including environmental social and governance (ESG) integration and reporting, corporate governance, and asset management.
- Learn and master advanced selling and marketing technologies in order to demonstrate services effectively and persuasively
- Target and research new leads to identify and generate new opportunities for Account Executives
- Manage a daily queue of inbound leads from Glass Lewis marketing campaigns and Glass Lewis website to qualify leads and establishing calls and meetings for Account Executives
- Assist the sales team in developing and growing a geographical sales territory
- Communicate any client/prospect or market intelligence gained in your prospecting with the sales team, marketing, and product management to share feedback or new opportunities discovered
- Attend relevant industry events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-1 years' work experience and/or internship
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach
- A genuine interest in the sustainable finance space
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
