What You Will Do

  • Executive Engagement Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive executive engagement strategy, including private events, targeted campaigns, and content designed to resonate with C-suite executives.
  • Event Leadership : Oversee the planning and execution of Glassbox's premier events, including our flagship user conference, CXperts, and other high-touch experiences that engage enterprise customers and prospects.
  • Field Marketing Programs : Lead the design and implementation of account-based marketing (ABM) and field marketing strategies to support sales and pipeline growth, leveraging tools like 6Sense, Sendoso, and Salesforce.
  • Partner Co-Marketing : Collaborate with strategic partners (e.g., AWS, Optimizely) to create and execute co-marketing initiatives that drive joint value and enhance customer acquisition.
  • Content Creation : Work closely with the content marketing team to develop compelling thought leadership materials, case studies, and digital assets tailored to C-suite audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Measurement and ROI : Establish KPIs, track performance, and report on the effectiveness of executive engagement and field marketing programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Budget Management : Effectively manage detailed monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting as part of an integrated Demand Generation marketing budget and plan.

What You Will Need

  • Experience : 6-9 years of experience in B2B field marketing and ABM, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Deep understanding of engaging C-suite executives and senior decision-makers with tailored strategies and messaging.
  • Expertise in organizing and executing executive events, conferences, and intimate gatherings that drive impactful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in SFDC's analytics / data tools to measure field marketing impact.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Collaboration : Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with sales leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Travel : Willingness to travel (25%) as needed.
