Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a production supervisor that will be responsible for managing employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position will plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. This position will also be essential for training and coaching employees, submitting reports on performance and progress, enforcing safety guidelines, and troubleshooting machine and equipment issues.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Leadership Experience (Lead or Supervisor level)
- Experience with Eyewear Assembly Required
- Experience with Optical Production Required
- Prior Employee Management and Conflict Resolution Experience
- Ecommerce Warehouse background, goods to person
- High School GED required
- Microsoft Suite & Google Suite Proficient

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 2 Openings: Day Shift (7AM - 3:30 PM) and Night Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
- Overtime and Weekends may be required
