Marketing Assistant, Etsy Customer Service & Graphics Proofing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who will also handle Etsy shop customer service and graphics proofing. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and customer service skills. Job Overview:
• Assist in marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and issues on our Etsy shop professionally and efficiently.
• Proof and prepare black-and-white line art and text layouts for engraving on acrylic, glass, and crystal.
• Work with customers to provide clean, aesthetically pleasing proofs.
• Organize proofs to ensure timely delivery to customers and the production team.
• Develop and refine designs for advertising, updated layouts, and promotional materials.
• Send proofs to customers for approval and finalize designs for engraving or color printing.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to clarify artwork details.
• At the end of each day, convert all approved proofs to production film for engraving purposes.
• Training will be provided.
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (familiarity with other Adobe Suite programs is a plus but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer service.
• Attention to detail in proofing artwork and managing orders.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and proactive, taking ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Artistic eye for aesthetics and design.
• Dependable with strong follow-through.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
