What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at Glassical Designs?
Glassical Designs is seeking a talented and enthusiastic, full time, Customer Service Associate to join our team of passionate individuals. This is an in-office position working as part of a small team that is devoted to helping customers with their recognition needs. This is NOT a call center work environment.
In this role, you will work directly with our wonderful customers to bring their ideal award visions to life! You will learn how to offer solutions to clients and record orders accurately for our production and graphics teams to produce. Our environment is positive, proactive and energizing. This position offers a compensation package that includes a competitive wage and benefits. No experience is necessary as on the job training will be provided, though candidates with some administrative/customer service experience will be considered first. This is an in-office customer service and administrative position.

Duties & Responsibilities -
- Coordinate and manage quotes, active orders and potential orders
- Communicate updates with salespeople and team members
- Act as primary point of contact, fielding questions from internal departments regarding orders, mockups, etc.
- Process orders through accounting software
- Research and price potential product options from vendors to create proposals for customers
- Engage with customers to finalize orders and answer basic questions
- Work with vendors to confirm product stock, pricing and turnaround times
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks throughout the day
- Familiarity with CRMs (Customer Relation Management systems) is a plus, but not necessary as we will train.
