Glassman Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Title Clerk
Job responsibilities to include:
- Process and manage title work for vehicle sales and transfers
- Accurately file and maintain customer information
- Assist in ensuring proper record keeping and compliance with state regulations
- Answer customer inquiries and create documentation
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and office support
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software
- Dependable & professional
- Previous experience in title work or an administrative role is a plus
