GLASSTINT – Sales Representative Opportunity

We are looking for a sales representative who can operate in their city or state and is also willing to travel to other states for business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts and expand the customer base
- Build relationships with local tint shop owners
- Generate sales and meet revenue targets
- Make unannounced visits to introduce our products, requiring confidence and persistence
- Spend a significant amount of time on the road
This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, and we are looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and determined to develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales and account management
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to develop business and manage B2B relationships
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other sales technology tools
- Experience in cold calling and conducting product demonstrations
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales analytics
We are looking for someone who is highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing both direct sales efforts and client relationships effectively.
Work Structure & Reporting
- Work Location: Based on the applicant's residential area with 80% outside sales and 20% inside sales & sales management, with no fixed office attendance.
- Reporting & Meetings:
- Sales activities and reporting through CRM or other familiar tools.
- Regular online meetings (video or chat) approximately four times per month.
Sales Territory & Expansion Opportunities
- Eligible Locations: Open to applicants from all states and cities in the U.S.
- Territory Rights:
- Your primary sales territory is based on your place of residence (state or city).
- Expansion into other states is possible based on performance and capability.

We offer paint protection film (PPF), featuring two premium-grade clear film options. Meanwhile, our window film lineup is extensive, showcasing eight specialized and detailed grades of professional ceramic window films.

Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $30,000 per year (to be finalized after discussion)
- Commission: 10% on any sales exceeding the $20,000 monthly sales target
- Additional Benefits: Fuel and accommodation expenses for business travel (long-distance trips)
