Position Overview
Assist Service Managers with daily administrative tasks related to service business.
Specific responsibilities
- Ensure completion of and file all technician reports, logs, expense reports and other records needed to close out and invoice service work
- Input time sheets for service staff into SAP; ensure proper cost collection on jobs
- Process all aspects of customer billing for service work in SAP
- Ensure SAP service jobs are closed out in a timely manner
- Lead scheduling efforts in coordination with Service Managers
- Key User for SAP and SalesForce for service department; document all SAP/SalesForce service processes and assist others
- Backup for office IT support
- Assign SAP job numbers and ensure SAP, SalesForce and Concur align
- Customer Credits
- Monthly reporting
