About the Job
We're seeking a Nursing Supervisor to join our team. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and guiding nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
- Oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
- Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
