Digital Media Manager - Drive Strategy, Amplify Impact
Glaukos is looking for a Digital Media Manager to lead our online presence and digital marketing strategies. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing digital platforms, increasing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. This role will stay abreast of industry trends and help define future marketing strategies while working with the Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital campaigns with clear KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content across channels
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (programmatic, social, traditional, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize impact
- Build strong partnerships with media vendors and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to CRM strategy, A/B testing, and performance dashboards
How will you get here?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- 8 years of experience and deep knowledge working in paid media with an emphasis on full funnel media and campaign optimization
- Media strategy, planning and buying experience
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, full-funnel media, and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce-Pardot (Healthcare/Ophthalmology a plus)
- Ability to travel up to 20%
