We are seeking a Senior GTS Data Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives, leveraging statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI to drive strategic business insights. What will you do?
Data Analysis & Modeling :
Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights.
Ensure high-quality data is accessible and optimized for analysis.
Project Leadership :
Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment and ongoing monitoring.
Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication :
Partner with business units to understand challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
Advocate for a data-centric decision-making culture across the organization.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation :
Stay current with emerging trends, algorithms, and best practices in AI, ML, and data analytics.
Enhance existing models and processes through experimentation and innovation.
Recommend new tools and technologies to optimize data capabilities.
Documentation & Compliance :
Maintain thorough documentation of models, methodologies, and analyses.
Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, GxP, and SOX compliance requirements.
How will you get here?
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
5 years of industry experience in data analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven solutions.
Proficiency in Python or R and experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras).
Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
Ability to translate complex data concepts for a non-technical audience.
Preferred Skills
Experience with big data technologies & cloud platforms (Google Data Analytics, BigQuery).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Knowledge of GxP and SOX Compliance (preferred).
Previous experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech (a plus).
