Inventory Manager/Supervisor

Glazzio Tiles, a leader in the tile industry is currently seeking a takented and driven Warehouse Inventory Control Manager/Supervisor to join our team in our Burlington, NJ facility.

As an Inventory Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of our inventory. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory control processes. Inventory Control Manager Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory levels and accuracy by developing and implementing inventory control procedures and strategies.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Improve inventory efficiency by analyzing inventory data and trends and identifying areas of improvement, such as minimizing stockouts or excess inventory.
• Work with cross-functional teams, such as purchasing, production, and logistics, to manage inventory effectively and efficiently.
• Manage pick locations in regard to adding new inventory to pick locations
• Manage inventory replenishment daily in warehouse environment, pick locations
• Dispose of obsolete or excess inventory through appropriate channels, reducing financial loss.
• Educate and oversee inventory control staff, ensuring compliance with inventory management procedures.
• Produce regular reports on inventory performance, including metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and cost analysis
• Conduct daily huddles with Inventory Team for daily tasks , announcements and safety updates.
• Hire and Train new associates and inventory control staff
• Identifying and resolve discrepancies and problems

Inventory Control Manager Required Skills

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Inventory Control Manager or similar role in a manufacturing, retail, or distribution setting.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory control procedures and systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to inventory management.
• Strong understanding of financial implications of inventory management decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret inventory data to drive meaningful insights and improvements.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems, such as ERP or WMS software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
• Ability to role out new systems from inception to conception

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
