Catering and Hospitality Associate (Dallas, Texas)
JOB SUMMARY :
Under the general supervision of the Catering / Hospitality Site Manager, performs related duties in the daily operation of the Conference Center, Hospitality / Catering team, and the lunch Café. Always striving to meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of the customer. Consistently works in an enthusiastic, positive, motivated, professional, detail- and deadline-oriented manner, with an ongoing commitment to increasing customer satisfaction. Takes direction from the Hospitality Lead to ensure all Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Checks conference room calendar daily.
- Ensures daily preparation / setups / breakdowns and housekeeping of conference rooms / pantries / breakrooms / lunchrooms for clientele events and meetings are completed in a timely manner.
- Performs daily pantry checks at set intervals throughout the day to restock supplies as necessary.
a. Under the guidance of the Site Manager and the Lead Hospitality Associate this position is responsible for ensuring snack baskets are assembled, canned beverages, creamers, sweeteners, cups, lids, plasticware, stir sticks, straws, coffee beans for the bean-to-cup coffee machine as well as the powders required for the bean-to-cup coffee machine are all delivered to multiple floors.
