Director of Asset Management :
The Director of Asset Management will oversee and optimize the financial and operational performance of a diverse real estate portfolio, requiring regular travel (~2 days per week) to assess properties, engage with partners, and ensure the execution of business plans.
Key Responsibilities :
Portfolio Oversight :
- Monitor and report on financial and operational performance relative to business plans and underwriting.
- Track critical property deliverables such as tax management, audits, debt maturities, leasing targets, and construction milestones.
- Adjust property strategies in real time to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
