GLC Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse in Rushville, NE
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients
- Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with medical team
- Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
- Entering proper documentation into facility specific EMR computer systems
- Maintains work operations by following facility policies and procedures
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Maintain strict resident and employee confidentiality in compliance with HIPPAA guidelines Represent GLC’s Core Values and Mission with complete regard for the dignity of each person
LONG TERM CARE
- Contract duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 6:30P-6:30A
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs.
TRAVEL PAY:
- Hourly: $15
- Overtime: $35
- Stipend: $1,150
- Weekly: $1,690
LOCAL PAY
- Hourly: $29
- Overtime: $47

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have current and active license in NE
- Must have 1-2 years RECENT LTC experience
- Must have valid BLS/CPR
- COVID Vaccine
- Recent PPD and Physical exam in the last 12 months
