- Permanent address must be more than 50-miles from the facility** Start: 4/21 Duration: 13 weeks Shifts: 3x12 Nights LPN NC license or Compact at least 2 years of Corrections experience and must have recent experience in the last 12 months 2 Supervisory references in the last 12 months AHA BLS certificate
