About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Nurse RN Long Term Care to join our team in Plymouth, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and nights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as needed.
