Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Rehabilitation
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse in rehabilitation. This is a 16-week assignment, with the opportunity to work 40 hours per week, on night shifts, from 8 hours per day.

- Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families. ">
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account each patient's unique needs and goals. ">
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, in accordance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies. ">
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in rehabilitation nursing and evidence-based care. ">
- Work effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care coordination. ">
Requirements:

- Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) from an accredited program. ">
- Current RN license in good standing, with active registration in the state where you will be working. ">
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation nursing, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and outcomes-based practice. ">
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ">
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in rehabilitation nursing, including but not limited to, wound care, pain management, and fall prevention. ">
