Job Description for Ultrasound Technologist

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ultrasound technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical imaging and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images of the human body.
• Assist physicians with procedures and provide exceptional patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ultrasound technology and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Current licensure as an RT (Registered Technologist).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
• Ability to lift patients and perform procedures in a safe and efficient manner.

Work Schedule:

This is a travel assignment, working 40 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, days only.
