What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Roving Apartment Maintenance Laborer position at GLD Management Company?
We have an available Full-time position for a roving maintenance laborer at our apartment complexes.
Must have valid driver license with own reliable transportation preferable a truck to haul tools, equipment and ladders.
Must have own basic hand tools.
Must have an active cell phone.
Some responsibilities for this position include the following;
Staining / painting, some landscaping duties, janitorial duties,power washing
General knowledge of plumbing & electrical a bonus but not necessary.
Maintenance of turnovers, appliance operation and repair check, carpentry, glass, hardware, door, carpet, and tile experience a bonus but not necessary.
Snow removal such as sidewalks, ice melt, etc.
Wage based on experience.
