Title : Network and Software Integration Engineer (Title : Integration Engineer)

Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time
We’re looking for a Network Engineering and Integration Specialist who will join our software deployment and support team in our Carlsbad, CA office. This is not a remote position and team members work from the Carlsbad office three days per week.
Candidates should be experienced with third-party software integration and support, possess strong communication and project management skills. Networking and software technical skills are a must! Hands on experience with networking including installing, configuring, training, and supporting integration with third party systems using SOAP, RESTful and proprietary APIs is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be hard-working, focused, flexible, thick-skinned, and able to roll with the punches.
What you'll have
- Working knowledge of Linux and DOS / PowerShell commands, Postman, Wireshark, and Network engineering / troubleshooting
- Ability to manage long-cycle, technically oriented software integration projects.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- A willingness to learn, fail and iterate to come to the right solutions for all stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- BS / MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent preferred, or strong similar career equivalent experience.
