**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of commercial electrical systems, and the ability to efficiently coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians for outdoor landscape lighting projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to commercial electrical and outdoor landscape lighting services. Provide information on services, pricing, and scheduling.
- **Scheduling & Dispatching:** Efficiently schedule appointments for service calls and dispatch technicians to job sites. Ensure timely communication with technicians and clients regarding appointments and updates.
- **Database Management:** Maintain accurate records in our customer management system, including service requests, client communications, and technician assignments.
- **Problem Resolution:** Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, working to find solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales team to understand project requirements and support in estimating and closing service contracts. Communicate effectively with technicians to relay job specifications and requirements.
- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improving service delivery.
- **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, such as service reports, invoices, and job completion confirmations.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the electrical or landscape lighting industry.
- Knowledge of commercial electrical systems and outdoor landscape lighting solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
