Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. You will engage in outbound calling, door-to-door (D2D) sales, telemarketing, and business development activities to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation and a passion for technology sales.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
  • Canvass assigned territories to generate new leads and sales opportunities
  • Engage potential customers in face-to-face conversations to present and explain product/service benefits
  • Overcome objections and tailor sales pitches to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with homeowners or business owners
  • Track and report daily sales activity and customer interactions
  • Follow up with potential leads to close deals and build long-term relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote products and services effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives
  • Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers
  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience in face-to-face sales or outbound calling is preferred
  • Proven track record in business development and inside sales
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Familiarity with sales is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Pay: $65,991.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
