Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. You will engage in outbound calling, door-to-door (D2D) sales, telemarketing, and business development activities to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation and a passion for technology sales.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
- Canvass assigned territories to generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Engage potential customers in face-to-face conversations to present and explain product/service benefits
- Overcome objections and tailor sales pitches to meet customer needs
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with homeowners or business owners
- Track and report daily sales activity and customer interactions
- Follow up with potential leads to close deals and build long-term relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote products and services effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience in face-to-face sales or outbound calling is preferred
- Proven track record in business development and inside sales
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Familiarity with sales is a plus
