Window Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented window cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all windows are spotless and streak-free. This role requires a commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of windows in residential and commercial buildings.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to achieve optimal results.
• Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Inspect windows for damage or issues that may require additional attention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with using scissor lifts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Must be physically fit, capable of lifting equipment, and comfortable working at heights.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.66 - $24.99 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
