What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Office Representative position at Gleason Insurance, LLC?
Our agency is searching for a team-player to join our team in Little Rock, AR! We are a fast growing agency who has shown consistent growth year after year. Our team members wear many hats and are exposed to a variety of challenges that allow us to learn and grow as a team while servicing our customers accurately and efficiently.
This is a part-time or full-time position that will begin in-office for a training period with potential to shift to hybrid depending on productivity and environment. You will be assisting our commercial sales representative, as well as assisting customers, maintaining information, recommending products and resolving service issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate has:
-Ability to deliver superior customer service, uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to gather information, and uses a courteous, professional tone on each call.
-Property and Casualty Insurance License or obtaining within first 60 days
-Experience navigating AMS360, or another management system
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
-Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
