What You’ll Do:
Assemble & Build: Work with intricate mechanical and electrical components, reading blueprints, schematics, and production orders to create high-quality products.
Soldering & Wiring: Perform soldering and electrical wiring tasks to ensure secure and efficient connections.
Troubleshoot & Problem-Solve: Identify and resolve mechanical or operational issues, making recommendations for process improvements.
Work Independently: Take ownership of the entire assembly process, ensuring work is completed efficiently and with precision.
Quality & Safety: Inspect assembled products against engineering specifications and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with engineers and supervisors, providing feedback on processes and contributing to continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2-4 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent (technical school experience preferred).
✅ Strong blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret assembly drawings and schematics.
✅ Proficiency in soldering and electrical wiring.
✅ Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
✅ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred).
✅ Ability to stand, sit, and work with small components for extended periods.
